The three main problems we are are trying to rectify are:
- Lack of a single point of contact for mediation services and practitioners who work in a variety of conflict arenas in England and Wales.
- Patchy geographical access to conflict practitioners' services
- Little structured support and quality assurance for conflict practitioners
The change that we are trying to create is:
- Clearly defined and accessible communication between services/practitioners and government
- The development of access to services throughout England & Wales
- Structured support and quality assurance for the profession/practitioners & services.
